Technical Data

Block:
1967 WT 400 2 bolt main.  Machine work includes: .030" overbore,  zero deck & square and align hone.
Pistons: TRW forged.  3.00" dia. x .105" dish machined into the pistons leaving a total piston volume of ~16 cc (half of the fly cuts were left after dishing).  Sealed Power moly rings.
Rods/pins: 6.625" press-fit Eagle H-beam.
Crankshaft: Nodular iron turned .010/.010", polished and balanced.  Federal Mogul main and Clevite-77 rod bearings. Clearances are .00225" on mains and rods.
Heads:

Ported 670's.  Intake runner entrances opened to RAIV size.  6000 series Ferrea stainless steel valves, 45 degree intake seat.   28" flow is 247 cfm @ .500 lift.    Exhaust crossovers   aluminum filled.
CR: 9.4:1
Oil Pump: Melling 54DS (60 psi.)
Valve train:

Comp Cams XR282HR hydraulic roller, 282/288 adv. duration, 230/236 @ .050",  110 LSA, installed at 108.   Crower 1.60 ratio roller rockers, lifters, valve springs,  retainers,  pushrods, poly-locks.  ARP 7/16" rocker studs.    
Intake: Edelbrock Torker 2 with water crossover separated and runners port matched.
Carb:
Holley Hp 750 mech secondary.  Currently jetted 74/82, 8.5" primary power valve,  plugged secondary power valve.
Ignition:
The stock distributor converted to a "Dave's Small Body HEI".   Accel 8140 coil.   Taylor 8mm wires.  NGK XR4 plugs.  
Exhaust: Hooker Super Competition 1-3/4" - 3" headers,  3"  Dr. Gas 'X' crossover, 2-1/2" Straightline Performance mufflers, 2-1/2" Torque Tech tail pipes.

Transmission:  Autogear "Super Case" Muncie case,  M22W Maserio gears.  26-spline input.
Clutch Valeo 11" pressure plate, Centerforce DF 11" disc, Hays 15# aluminum flywheel.

12 bolt "O" axle (12 bolt cover, 8.5" 10 bolt ring gear) 3.42  posi, HPM control arms & urethane bushings, 7/8" sway bar, Air-Lift bags, stock axles.
Driveshaft: Stock
Wheels/Tires: Chromed 15x7 front and 15x8 rear Rally II rims.  Diamond Back Classics redline radials.
